HomeMy WebLinkAbout84-060RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 68-7 RELATIVE TO AGRICULTURAL PRESERVES WHEREAS, Resolution 68-7 provides under Section D for the determination of compatible uses within agricultural preserves; and WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors, after appropriate proceedings, determined that churches were a compatible use within agricultural preserves; NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte does hereby resolve, declare and determine that Section D.6. of Resolution 68-7 be amended to read as follows: D.6. Compatible uses: a. The driling for hydrocarbon, including the installation and use of such equipment, structures and facilities as are necessary or convenient. b. Public utility and public services, including structures, uses and buildings. c. Airport or aircraft landing facilities. d. Farm labor camps. e. Any other use determined to be compatible use in all agricultural preserves by the Board of Supervisors after public hearing on ten (10) days published notice and such other notice if any as they may specify. And after, such use be deemed a compatible use in any agricultural preserve. f.
