WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution No. 77-153 on
October 11, 1977, summarily abandoning a drainage easement across Lot 151 of
Ke11y Ridge Estates Unit No. 1; and
WHEREAS, the statement "Reserving from the above-described parcel a
public utility. easement over, under, across and through the property described
.herein" was erroneously made a part of Resolution No. 77-163,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
That Resolution No. 77-i63 is amended by deleting therefrom the
statement "Reserving from the above-described parcel a public utility easement
aver, under, across and through the property described herein."
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
this 3rd day of April , 1984, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Aolan, Fulton, Moseley, Wheeler and Chairman Saraceni
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
