RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION N0, 84-10
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 84-I0, summarily vacating and abandoning Indian
Drive in the Paradise area was passed and adopted by the Board of Supervisors on
3anuary 24, 1984; and
WHEREAS, the description as written in Resolution No. 84-10 is in error;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
The description, as written in Resolution Na. 84-10, is amended to read
as follows:
Being a portion of the southeast quarter of Section 36, Township 23
North, Range 3 East, M.D.B. & M, and being more particularly described
as follows:
Being a strip of land 60.00 feet in width more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the most northerly corner of Parcel A as shown on that
certain Boundary Line Adjustment Parcel Map for Kevin H. Fischer,
et al, which map was filed in the Office of the Recorder of Butte
County, California, in Book 73 of Parcel Maps at pages 26 and 27;
thence following along the northwesterly boundary Iine of said
Parcel A, South 45°24'05" West for 250.16 feet to a point located
in the easterly boundary Iine of Indian Drive as shown on said Parcel
Map, said point being also the true point of beginning for the parcel
of land herein described; thence from said true point of beginning,
following along the easterly boundary line of said Indian Drive and
along the arc of a 120.00 foot radius curve, concave to the East,
through a central angle of 46°31'03" for an arc distance of 97.43
feet, the chord of which bears South 43°58'58" East for 94.77 feet
to the end of said curve; thence South. 67°14'30" East for 101.97 feet
to the beginning of a tangent 180.00 foot radius curve to the right;
thence following along the arc of said curve through a central angle.
of 54°41'33" for an arc distance of 171,82 feet to the end of said
curve; thence South I2°09'28" East for 36.25 feet to a point located
in the Southerly boundary line of said Section 36; thence following
along said Southerly boundary line South 89°55'57" West for 61.36
feet to a point located in the westerly boundary line of said Indian
Drive; thence following along said westerly boundary line of Indian
Drive North 12°09'28" West for 22,99 feet to the beginning of a
tangent concentric 120.00 foot radius curve to the left; thence
following along the arc of said curve through a central angle of
54°41'33"'for an arc distance of 114.55 feet to the end of said
curve; thence North 67°14'30" West for 101,.97 feet to the beginning a
of a concentric 180.00 foot radius curve to the right; thence follow- a

an arc distance of 120.31 feet to a point located on the westerly
boundary line of said Indian Drive on the northwesterly boundary
line of said Parcel A; thence North 45°24'05" East for 63.59 feet
to said true point of beginning, and containing 0.528 acre, ueore
or less.
