RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES TO BUTTE COUNTY BOARD OF
SUPERVISOR CONTRACTS AND RESOLUTIONS APPROVED BY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
WHEREAS, the State of California has required specific
authorizations far attached signatures on contracts; and
WHEREAS, the chance for error is great in seeking specific
authorization for each contract with the state brought before the Board
of Supervisors.
NOW, TIiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
1. The Chairman of the Butte County Board of Supervisors is
authorized to sign any agreement approved by the Butte
County Board of Supervisors; and
2. The Chairman of the Butte County Board of Supervisors
is authorized to sign all resolutions approved by the
Butte County Board of Supervisors; and
3. In the absence of the Chairman, the Vice--chairman of the
Butte County Board of Supervisors, Len Fulton, is
authorized to sign any agreement or resolution approved
by the Sutte County Board of Supervisors.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 24th day of April, 19$4, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, Moseley, Wheeler and Chairman
Saraceni
NOES: None
ASSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
