M r. ~r~% I tl ,4 sY ~ , <._ \~ . ~.bl; c (Ake,-k C ~: BOARD OF SUPERVISORS #, COUNTY OF• BUTTE, STATE OF GAL(FORNIA ,i~~ Resolufion No. 84- so RESOLUTION ABANDONING A RIGHT-OF-WAY This matter came on regularly for hearing before the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on April 24 , 1984, in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to said Board that a Notice of Intention and Resolution to Abandon A Right-of-Way and Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said Abandon- ment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter described right-of-way is unnecessary for present or prospective public use. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows: 1. That the right-of-way situated in the County of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly described is hereby abandoned. 2. That the description of said right-of-way abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California, and more particularly described as follows: Of~iBIAI- ~~A~~~;. Being the westerly 30 feet of that certain 60-foot 8Q""1~21b ~ ' right of way known as Edna's Way lying within the 6 south half of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 25, T19N, R4E, M.D.M., as shown on that certain parcel map recorded in Book 87, Maps of Record, at Page 9, County of Butte, State of California, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of Parcel Three as shown on said parcel map, thence S 88°49'51" W 30.00 feet, thence N 02°35 10" W 30.00 feet to the true point of beginning, thence continuing N 02°35'10" o W 260.30 feet, thence S 89°40'39" W 30.00 feet, thence S 02°35'10" E 260.74 feet, thence N 88°49'51" E 30.00 i~ feet to the true point of beginning and the end of the ~ above description. -n b. Said Map showing the rights of way to be abandoned is m an file in the Office of Butte County Department of ~ Public Works, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, CD California. h",' -2- _. 3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
