RESOLUTION ABANDONING A PUBLIC UTILITY
EASEMENT AND LIGHT AND AIR EASEMENT
This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on May 1 1984, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as rec{uired by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement and Light and Air
Easement is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement and light and air
easement situated in the County of Butte, State of California, as
hereinafter more particularly described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
and light and air easement so abandoned is situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, and more particularly described
as follows:
Lincoln Park Subdivision, Lot 8
Light and Air Easement
A.P. 40-37-21
Being the westerly 5-feet of that certain 20--foot light
and air easement lying within a portion of Section 8,
T21N, R2E, M.D.M. as shown on the map as Lot 8 of
Lincoln Park Subdivision recorded in Book 43, Maps of
Record, at Pages 13 and 14, County of Butte, State of
California, more particularly described as follows:
Being the westerly 5-feet of that certain 20-foot
light and air easement lying parallel with and o
contiguous to the easterly lot line of said Lot 8
of Lincoln Park Subdivision. ~
Said Map showing the light and air easement to be ~
abandoned is on file in the Office of Butte County
Department of :Public Works, 7 County Center .Drive, ,T,
Oroville, California. ~

3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the Gounty of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors:
this 1st day of May , 1984, by the following vote.
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Etslton, Moseley, Wheeler and Chairman Saraceni
