RESOLUTION ABANDONING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
This matter came on regularly for hearing before the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on
May 1 1984, in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration
Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to said Board that
a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said Abandonment was duly
and regularly given as required by law, and testimony and evidence,
both oral and documentary, having been produced at said hearing,
from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter described
Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for present or prospective
public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement situated in the
County of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:

A public utility easement, 12.00 feet in width, over
a portion of Lots 33, 34, 35, and 36, according to
that certain map entitled Northgate Village Subdivision
Unit #1, as filed for record in Book 22 Maps, at page
45, lying northerly of, and westerly of, adjacent to
and parallel with the following described line and
being located in Section 10, Township 19 North,
Range 4 East, M.D.M., Butte County, California:2
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 33;
thence S 88°53'51" E, along the south line of said
subdivision, 12.00 feet, to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING for the herein described lane; thence
continuing S 88°53'51" E, along said line, 543.09 ~~
feet, to the southeast corner of said Lot 35; thence ~
N16°56`59" E, along the easterly line of Lot 35 and ~,p,
36, 175.66 feet to a point perpendicularly distant ~
12.00 feet southerly of the north line of that
certain parcel of land as conveyed to Leonard Vaught r"
as zecorded in Book 2483, Butte County Official Fy
Records, at Page 589, and the end of the described ~,.~„
line.

PARCEL #2:
An easement, 4.00 feet in width, for public utilities,
lying two feet on each side of the easterly line of
Lot 34, according to that certain map entitled
Northgate Village Subdivision Unit #l, as filed for
record in Book 22 Maps, at Page 45, Butte County,
California.
3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 1st day of May 1984, by the following vote:
