CHANGLNG NAME- AND BOUNDARi'ES
OF COUNTY SERVICE A~REA~ NO.~ $7
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has adopted Resolution No. 847
requesting an amendment of the short farm designation of County Service
Area No, 87; and
WHEREAS, the City of Chico has requested that all portions of
the City be excluded from County Service Area No. 87; and
WHEREAS, the Butte County Local Agency Formation Commission has
adopted a resolution app raving both of these requests.
NOW, THEREFORE , IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED
1) That the name of County Service Area No. 87 shall be
changed from Upper Mud Creek Drain age to Keefer Road/
Rock Creek Drainage; and
2) The boundary of said County Service Area shall be
changed to exclude all portions of the Gity of Chico
and shall be in final. form as outlined on Exhibit A,
which is attached hereto and made apart hereof by
this reference.'
On June 12, 198, at 10:3Q a.m, a public hearing will be held
to consider these changes.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on
this 8th day of May, 1984, by the following vote:
