COUNTY SERVICE AREA N0. 92
WHEREAS, Greg and Stanley Webli have petitioned the Local
Agency Formation Commission fox the iformation of County Service
Axea No . 9.2 ; and
WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission has approved
this foxmation and designated it 84-9 - County Sexvice Area No.
92 - Rosewood Subdivision (Street Lighting}, the exterior
boundaries of which are described in Exhibit A attached hereto
and made apart hereof by this reference; and
WHEREAS, the territory i.s uninhabited; and
WHEREAS, the reason for this formation petition is to provide
street lighting; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions bf California Government
Code Section 54797..1, the Butte County Local Agency Formation
Commission has authorized the formation of this county service
.area without notice, hearing or an election.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the territory described
in Exhibit A, designated 84-9 - County Service Area No. 92 -
Rosewood Subdivision (Street Lighting) is hereby formed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
on this 8th day of May, 1984, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, Moseley, Wheeler and Chairman Saraceni
NOES : None
ABSENT: gone
NOT VOTING: None
