RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 82-60
RELATIVE TO FEE MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors provides in an
agreement with the Neal Road Landfill Company a provision for human
waste disposal in the Neal Road Sanitary Landfill dump; and
WHEREAS, this Board wishes to establish a fee for such use;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board that Resolution
82-60 is hereby amended by adding to it the following:
