AI~~ ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 18w3 OF THE CODE
OF BUTTE COUNTY CALIFORNIA
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Section 183 of the Code of Butte County,
Californian is hereby repealed,
2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15)
days after its passage, it shall be published at least once
with the names of the Supervisors voting for or against tie
same in a local newspaper published in the County of Butte,
State.of Californian
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the
County of Butte, State of California, on this 30th day of
March, 1965, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Giles, Howsden, Maxon, McKillop and Chairman Pryde
NOES : None
ABSENT : None
