RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT N0, 31
TO MASTER AGREEMENT N0, 03-5912 RE: FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS
MT.DWAY BRIDGE @ ASH CREEK, BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT N0. BRRS-X761(3)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the Gounty of Butte, State
of California, as follows:
1. That said County approve Program Supplement No, 31 to Master Agreement
No, 03-5912 for Federal-Aid Projects in Butte County and the Chairman of the Board
be authorized to execute said supplement on behalf of said County. Supplement
No, 31 covers the construction of Midway Bridge @ Ash Creek, Bridge Replacement
Project No, BRRS-Y761(3}, as shown in Exhibit "S" attached to Program Supplement
No. 31.
2. That Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach certified copy of
this resolution to Program Supplement No. 31.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, this 12th day of June , 1984, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, Moseley, 6dheeler and Chairman Saraceni
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Dolan
NOT VOTING: None

Pursuant to the Federal-Aid for Bridge Replacement and Rehabilitation Act, the attached
"Program" of Federal-Aid Bridge Replacement Projects marked "Exhibit B" is hereby incor-
porated in that Master Agreement for the Federal-Aid Progratn which was entered into between
the above named COUNTY and the STATE on _-_M~y., . 2.0..,~..~.~ 7 8 ~ ~ ,
and is subject to all of the tenors and conditions thereof.
The subject program is adopted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article II of the afore-
mentioned agreement under authority of County Resolution No. $~- ~ 40
approved by the Board of Supervisors on June 12, 19$4
