RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 32
TO MASTER AGREEMENT NO. 03-5912 RE: FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS
PENTZ' ROAD FROM 1.2 MILES SOUTH OF COUNTRY CLUB DRIVE TO PARA-
DTSE TOWN LIMIT, ABOUT 0.1 MILE NORTH OF COUNTRY CLUB DRIVE,
FAS PROJECT N0. Y 749(1)

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board o£ Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, as follows:
1. That said County approve Program Supplement No. 32 to Master Agreement
No. 03-5912 for Federal-Aid Projects in Butte County and the Chairman of the Board
be authorized to execute said supplement on behalf of said County. Supplement
No. 32 covers the construction of Pentz Road, Federal-Aid Secondary Project
No. Y 749(1), as shown in Exhibit "B" attached to Program Supplement No. 32.
2. That Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach certified copy of
this resolution to Program Supplement No. 32.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, this 24th day of July , 1984, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, Moseley and Chairman Saraceni
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Wheeler
NOT VOTING: None

Pursuant to the Federal-Aid for Secondary Highways Act, the attached "Program" of Federal-
Aid 5econd~u-y Projects marked "Exhibit li" is hereby incorporated in that Master Agreement
for the ii'eder~il-Aid Program which was entered into betws~en khe above Warned COUNTY and
and the STATE on May 23, 1978 ~,~.. ,and is subject to all of the
te~-sns and conditions thereof.
The subject progr~un is adopted in accordance with Paragrap}~ 2 of Article II of the afore-
