Resolufion No. 84-124
RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF HEARING
ON PETITION TO ABANDON A PORTION OF A ROAD
WHEREAS, this Board hereby rescinds Resolution 84-121; and
WHEREAS, this Board has received a petition from George
Savko, and others, requesting the abandonment of a portion of a
road as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of
California Streets and Highways Code, this Board shall set a date
for a hearing on the petition for abandonment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular
meeting on September 18 , 1984 at 10:QO a.m., in the Board Chambers,
Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, California, a hearing
shall be held on the abandonment of the following described road:
Portion of Munjar Road
Being the N 50 ft. of the NW 1/4 of Section 17, T23N,
R1E, MDB&M.
Excepting and reserving any existing easement and/or
rights at any time, or from time to time, to maintain,
operate, replace, remove, renew and enlarge the existing
Public Utility facilities incidental thereto, including
access to protect the property from all hazards in,
upoh, and over the highway herewith to be abandoned.
Said map showing the right-of-way to be abandoned is
on file in the Office of the Butte County Department
of Public Works.
2. That a map showing said portion of said road to be
abandoned is~on file at the Public Works Department, 7 Cnunty Center
Drive, Oroville, California.

3 That this Resalution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of California
Streets and Highways Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 31St , day of July 1984, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, Moseley and Chairman Saraceni
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Wheeler
