Resolution No. 84-127
RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 82--57 REGARDING
ESTABLISHING FEES FOR ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
WHEREAS, this Board has adopted resolutions establishing fees
for certain services of the Environmental Health Division; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to modify the fees for Well Permits;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors as follows:
1. That the Section on Well Permits set forth in Resolution
82-57 is hereby amended to read as follows:

a. New wells 72.00
b. Repair or deepen well 72.00
c. Destroy well* 72.00
d. Destroy drainage well 36.00
e. Review drainage trench 24.00
f. Water samples 20.00
*- No fee shall be charged for destructian of a "dry hole" before
the driller of the "dry hole"' leaves the job site.
2. That this Resolution shall become effective August 2,
1984.
