RESOLUTION ABANDONING i~N ALLEY
This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on July 31 , 1984, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Intention and Resolution to Abandon An
Alley and Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said Abandonment
was duly and regularly given as required by law, and testimony and
evidence, both oral and documentary, having been produced at said
hearing, from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter
described alley is unnecessary for present or prospective public
use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the alley situated in the County of Butte, State
of California, as hereinafter more particularly described is hereby
abandoned.
2. That the description of said alley abandoned is
situated in the County of Butte, State of California, and more
particularly described as follows: '
ALLEYWAY - Block 35, Thermalita
i
Being that certain 15-foot alley lying within Block
35 of Thermalito which lies within the south half of
Section 12, T19N, R3E, M.D.M. as shown on Wall Map
No. b, County of Butte, State of California, more
particularly described as follows:
Being that certain 15-foot alley bounded on
the North by the southerly lot lines of Lots
1 to 11 of said Block 35, bounded on the
South by the northerly lot lines of Lats 12
to 22 of said Block 35, bounded on the East
by the westerly right of way line of that
certain BO-foot right of way known as Sixth
Street, bounded on the West by the easterly
right of way line of that certain 60-foot
Tight of way known as Seventh Street.

Said Map showing the alley of said Block 35 to be
abandoned is on file in the Office of the Butte County
Department of Public Works, 7 County Center Drive,
Oroville, California.

3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 31st , day of duly , 1984, by the fallowing vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, Moseley and Chairman Saraceni
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Wheeler
