RESOLUTION DECLARING THROUGH HIGHWAYS
(Vehicle Code 21354)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, that the hereinafter-described County roads be declared through
highways and the Director of Public Works is hereby instructed to have legal stop
signs erected at the necessary entrances thereto.:
PARLEY STREET from Las Plumas Avenue to north end
SOUTH VILLA AVENUE from Palermo-Honcut Highway to Grubbs Road
GRUBBS ROAD from South Vi11a Avenue to Dunstone Drive
EAST FIRST AVENUE from Chico City Limits to Chico City Limits
All ordinances or resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolutions in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, this 7th day of August ~ 1984, by the follow-
ing vote:
AYES• Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, Moseley, Wheeler and Chairman Saraceni
NOES: None
ABSENT; None
