That this Board hereby orders inclusion of an advisory measure an the ballot of the General Election to 6e heid on Tuesday, November 6, 1984, which advisory measure shall read as follows: Advisory Measure Advisory Vote Only --- 5ha11 the Board of Supervisors, in YES addition to the existing level of funding, form a county service area to provide funding not to exceed $1,500,000.00 per year to finance a higher level of Sheriff's patrol and NO investigation services in the unincorporated area of Butte County? RESOLUTION ORDERING INCLUSION OF AN ADVISORY MEASURE ON THE BALLOT OF THE GENERAL ELECTION RELATIVE TO FORMING A COUNTY SERVICE AREA TO FINANCE A HIGHER LEVEL OF LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 8th day of August 1984, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, Moseley, Wheeler and Chairman Saraceni NOES: None ABSENT: None NOT VOTING: None %~ l~T~ AL SARACENI, Chairman of the Butte County Board of Supervisors ATTEST: MARTIN O.
