RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT N0. 33
TO MASTER AGREEMENT N0, 03-5912 RE: FEDERAL-ATD PROJECTS
FRUITVALE ROAD @ SPTC GRADE CROSSING N0. C-1b7.8
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, as follows:
1. That said County approve Program Supplement No, 33 to Master Agreement
No. 03-5912 for Federal-Aid Projects in Butte County and the Chairman of the Board
be authorized to execute said supplement on behalf of said County. Supplement
No, 33 covers the installation of automatic crossing protection on Fruitvale Road
as,-shown in Exhibit "B" attached to Program Supplement No. 33.
2. That Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach certified copy of this
resolution to Supplement No. 33.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, this 14th gay of August ;~, 1984, by the follow-
ing vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, Moseley, Wheeler and Chairman Saraceni
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Dolan
NOT VOTING: None

LOCAL AGENCY FEDERAL-AID SAFETY Il1~IPROVEMENT PROJECTS
IN THE
County of Butte
Local Agency
Pursuant to the Federal Highway Safety Act, the attached "Program" of Federal-Aid .Projects
marked "Exhibit B" is herby incorporated in that Master Agreement for the Federal ;aid
Program which was entered into behveen the above named LOCAL AGENCY and the STATE
on Ma 23 1978 ,and is subject to all of the terms and conditions
thereof.
The subject program is adopted in accordance with Paragraph- 2 of Article II of the afore-
mentioned agreement under authority of City/County Resolution -No. 84-133 _ .._
approved by the City CounciUCounty Board of Supervisors on August 14, 1984
(See copy attached).
