RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT N0, 34
TO MASTER AGREEMENT N0, 03-5912 RE: FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS
NELSON ROAD @ SPTC GRADE CROSSING N0, C-171,5
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,-State
of California, as follows:
1. That said County approve Program Supplement No, 34 to Master Agreement
No, 03-5912 for Federal-Aid Projects in Butte County and the Chairman of the Board
be authorized to execute said supplement on behalf of said County, Supplement No. 34
covers the installation of automatic crossing protection on Nelson Road as shown in
Exhibit "B" attached to Program Supplement No. 34.
2. That Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach certified copy of this
resolution to Supplement No, 34.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, this 14th day of August , 1984, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, Moseley, Wheeler and Chairman Saraceni
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Dolan
