RESOLUTION ABANDONING A RIGHT-OF-WAY
This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on August 14
1984, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Intention and Resolution to Abandon A
Right-of--Way and Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said Abandon-
ment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and testimony
and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been produced at said
hearing, from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter described
right-of-way is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the right-of-way situated in the County of Butte,
State of California, as hereinafter more particularly described is
hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said right-af-way abandoned
is situated in the County of Butte, State of California, and more
particularly described as follows:
NORTH ST.
RIGHT OF WAY
A.P. 38-26
Being that certain 80-foot right of way known as
North Street as shown on the Map of the Town of
Nelson, recorded in Book 1, Maps of Record, at Page
58, County of Butte, State of California, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of Lot 10,
Block 17, of the Town of Nelson, thence North 80
feet; thence East 50 feet mare or less; thence South
80 feet to the northeasterly corner of said Lot 10;
thence West 50 feet more or less to the point of
beginning.
Said Map showing the right of way to be abandoned is
on file in the Dffice of Butte County Department of
Public Works, 7 County Center Drive, Droville,
California.

3.' That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 14th ~ day of August , 1984, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, Moseley, Wheeler and Chairman Saraceni
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
