RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF HEARING ON
PETITION TO ABANDON A PUBLiC UTILITY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, this Board has received a petition from B. C.
Contreras and others, requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of
California Streets and Highways Code, this Board shall set a date
for a hearing on the petition for abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Beard of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on
September I8
1984, at 10:00 a .m., in
the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
Ke11y Ridge Estates Unit 2B, Lot 88
Public Utility Easement
Being that certain 6-foot public utility easement
lying within a portion of the south half of
Section 1, T19N, R4E, M.D.M. as shown on the Map
of Kelly Ridge Estates Unit 2B, Lot 88, recorded
in Book 43 Maps of Record at Pages 27, 28 and 29,
County of Butte, State of California, more parti-
culariy described as follows:
Being that certain 6-foot public utility easement
lying northerly of and contiguous of the southerly
lot line of said Lot 88, beginning at the southwest
corner of said lot, thence N 83°36'19" E 122.67
feet to the southeast corner of said lot.
Excepting therefrom the most westerly 20-feet lying
within the 20-foot building setback line.
Said Map showing the public utility easement to be
abandoned is on file in the Office of Butte County
Department of Public Works, 7 County Center Drive,
Oroville, California.

2: That a map showing said portion of said public utility
easement to 'be abandoned is on file at the Butte County Public Works
Department, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, California.
3. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of California
Streets and Highway Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 21St day of august , 1984, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, Moseley, Wheeler and Chairman Saraceni
