Halls as adopted by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on December 8, 1981,
is hereby: amended to read as follows:
4. Committee members shall be nominated by the incoming Commander/
Commandant of each veterans unit using the hall and appointed by the Board
of Supervisors. Each appointment shall expire December 31 of each
and every year. Each member shall be a veteran and shall not serve more than
four years on a Memorial Hall Committee.
:Article 1, Paragraph 6, of the afore stated Regulations Governing
Memorial Halls is also amended to read as follows:
6. The Board of Supervisors shall further appoint a committee,
consisting of one member and an alternate member from each Memorial Hall
Committee nominated by the Hall Committee, which shall be named the Butte
County Veterans Hall Committee and which will act as a liaison between the
Ha17 Committee and the Director of Public WorEcs, and/or the Board of Supervisors.
These appointments shall expire December 3i of each and every year.
'PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
21st day of August, 1984.
