RESOLUTION AMENDING ROAD IMPROVEMENT STANDARDS
FOR SUBDIVISION, PARCEL MAPS AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS
PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 20 OF THE BUTTE COUNTY CODE
AS ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION N0. 82-68
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 82-68 was passed and adopted by
the Butte County Board of Supervisors on April 27, 1982, pursuant to
the provisions of Chapter 20 of the Butte County Code to establish
road standards for subdivisions and land divisions; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors desires to amend certain
road standards contained therein pertaining to the application of
SC-250 prime coat;
NOW, THEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors that road standards RS-7, RS-7A and RS-9-LD I contained
in Appendix II are hereby amended by deleting the requirement for
SC-250 prime coat (penetration treatment).
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 21st day of august , 1984, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, Moseley, Wheeler and Chairman Saraceni
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Dolan,
NOT VOTING: None
