RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT N0, 35
TO MASTER AGREEMENT N0, 03-5912 RE: FEAERAL-AID PROJECTS
EATON ROAD FROM HICKS LANE TO 0.1 MILE EAST OF BURNAP
AVENUE, FAS PROJECT M-V359(1)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California,I as follows:
1, That said County approve Program Supplement No. 35 to Master Agreement
No, 03-5912 for Federal-Aid Projects in Butte County and the Chairman of the Board
be authorized to execute said supplement on behalf of said County. Supplement
No. 35 covers 'the construction of Eaton Road, Federal-Aid Urban Project No. M-V359(1),
as shown in Exhibit "B" attached to Program Supplement No. 35.
2. That Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach certified copy of
this resolution to Program Supplement No. 35.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, this 28th day of August , 1984, by the
following vote:
AXES: Supervisors Dolan, Moseley, Wheeler and Chairman Saraceni
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Fulton
NOT VOTING: None

Pursuant to the Federal Aid for Urban Systems Acts, the attached "Program" of Fedei-at Aid
Urban System Projects marked "Exhibit B" is hereby incorporated in that 1~faster Agreement far
the Federal Aid Program which was entered into between the above named LOCAL AGENCY
and the STATE on Ma 2 3 19 7 8 ,and is subject to all of the
terms and conditions thereof.
The subject program is adopted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article II of the aforemen-
