the Auditor-Controller containing~a description of each parcel of real property
receiving a particular extended service and the amount of the charge for each
parcel for 1984-85.; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors is reguired to proceed on the
setting of said charges pursuant to Government Code Section 25210.77a; and
.WHEREAS, inadequate notice was provided for County Service Area
Nos. 18, 67, 83 and 85 (street lighting} pursuant to Government Code
Section 2521'0.77a and 6066.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, State of California that Resolution No. 84-149 is
hereby amended to delete reference"to County Service Rrea Nos. 18, 67,
83 and 85 service charges from the written report as submitted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors. of the County of
Butte, State- of California, this 18th day of September ~ lg$4,
by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, Moseley, Wheeler and Chairman Saraceni
