AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 820 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCEP1
T'r-v Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 820 of the County of Butte is
hereby amended as follows:
(a) That Section No. 33, entitled '°ROA;~ & BRTDGE
MAINTENANCE", is amended by deleting therefrom
Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
29 8 Foreman II
25 11 Equipment Operator
and adding thereto
29 7 Foreman II
26 12 Equipment Operator
2. This Grdinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, once,
in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of Calif-
ornia.
PASSED ANO ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 13th day of April, 1965,
by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Giles Howsden, Maxon. McKillop and Chairman Pryde
