', ~ ~' ~+~,~.'~ 22esolufion No. en-col ~'~~+'+ RESOLUTION OP THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE AUTHORIZING THE FORMATION OF AND ESTABLISIIING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PROPOSED BUZZTAIL COP~)T•4UNITY SERVICES DISTRICT IYI3EREA5, a Petition signed by Day Hays has been filed with the Board of Supervisors requesting formation of the proposed Buzztail Community Services District; and. 1h?HEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has accepted said Petition and authorized notice of hearing of said Petition as required by the provisions of Sections 61100-61103 of the Government Code; and 41rHEREAS, the Board, on December 18, 1984, at the hour of 10:15 a.m., conducted a public hearing on the formation of the proposed District, and has heard all relevant evidence in support of or in opposition to the Petition; and i+IHEREAS, the Board has determined that the boundaries of the proposed District, as submitted with the Petition, and as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, has been properly drawn and. includes all lands which will be benefitted.;-and. IVHEREAS, the Board, based on the evidence presented, has determined that no additional land should be included within the boundaries of the proposed District; and i•VHEREAS, the Roard has determined that no Lands included. within the Petition as being within the District should be excluded as not being benefitted; and IVHEREAS, the Roard finds that the Petition conforms to the requirements of Section 61103 of the Government Code of. the State of. California, and that the required notice of the hearing has been given. N01V, THEREFORE, RE TT RESOL~.IED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte that the Board does hereby establish and describe the exterior boundaries of the proposed Buzztail Community Services District as being those boundaries depicted on Exhibit "A", attached hereto, and by this reference incorporated herewith. -z- BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed District shall be called BUZZTAIL COh'1MUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT.
