HomeMy WebLinkAbout847ORDINANCE NO. 847 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ZONING A PORTION OF SAID COUNTY PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE 1~TOS. 475, 522 AND 676 OF SAID COUNTY 1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Calif 2 ornia, under and pursuant to .Ordinance No. 475 of said County, bein 3 the Zoning Enabliiag Ordinance, as amended by Ordinance Nos. 522 and 4 676 do ordain as follows: 5 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situate in the Count 6 of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as a 7. '}S-~1" (Suburban-Residential) District and such areas shah. be subje t 8 to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations hereinafter 9 specified and provided. Said areas sa z:saed being locAted in the 10 unincorporated area of Butte County, north of the City of Chico, 1I California, and particularly described as followss 12 Chico Sectional Map Nos, 2C, 2D and 2E as shown in the Office 13 of the Butte County Planning Commission and the Office of the 14 Butte County Clerk. 15 SECTION 2.
