HomeMy WebLinkAbout8481: 2 !3: 4 6' 6: 7' 8 9~ YO Z] 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 ~'' 2I 22 3; 23 24 25 26` 27 28 29 30- 31 32 ORDINAi~TCE NO, 8y'g AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Bt]TTE COUNTY ORDINANCE NUMBERS 622 AND 803 The Soard of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, does ordain as follows: That Secticn 1 of Butte County Ordinance Nos. 622 and 803 is hereby amended in the following particular: SECTION 1, The°:hereinafter described area situate in the County of Eutte, State of California, shall be zoned as a "CwC" (Community Commercial) pistrict, as hereinafter described and sub- ject to all of the restricted uses applicable to a "C-C" District, said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of the community of Chico, particulary described as follows: Marcel No. 1 - A11 that certain real property situate in the County of Butte, State of California, described as follows: A portion of the H.
