g The BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the County of Buttez Mate of
7 California, do ordain as follows:
8 is Section 14 of the Code of Butte County, Californiay
9 is hereby amended by adding the following article and subsection
IO thereto:
11 ARTICLE IX, OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES PROHIBITED
~2 Sec. 14»15. L~.ndo Channel Between Manzanita Avenue and
~I3 Lindo Avenues
14 It shall be unlawful to operate any motor vehicle
15 within the bed of,~ or upon the banks of the Lindo Channel
18 between Manzanita ,Avenue and Lindo .Avenues
17 24 This Ordinance will take effect thirty {30) days
18 after its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen {15)
19 days after its passage, it shall be published at least once with
20 the names of the supervisors voting for and against in a local
21 newspaper published in the County of Butte, Mate of California..
22 PASSI~D AND ADOPTED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the
23 County of Buttes State of California„ on this 8th day of June
24 1965, by t:he following votes
25 AYES: SUPERVISORS GILES, HOWSDEN, MAXON~ McKILLOP f and
CHAIRMAN PRYDE.
