RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF HEARING ON
PETITION TO ABANDON~PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT
WHEREAS, this Board has received a petition from .Iudith
Simmons, and others requesting the abandonment of a public service
easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of
California Streets and Highways Gode, this Board shall set a date
for a hearing on the petition for abandonment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on March 12 , 1985, at lo:oo a .m., in
the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
fallowing described easement:
ACCESS EASEMENT - Waters Sub. No. l

Being that certain 20-foot access easement lying
within a portion of Section 9, T22N, RIE, M.D.M.
as shown an the Map of Waters Subdivision Unit No,
1 {Lots 5 through 9) recorded in Book 35, Maps of
Record, at Page 42, County of Butte, State of
California, more particularly described as follows:
Being that certain 20-foot access easement lying
southwesterly of and contiguous to the northeasterly
lot line of Lots 5 through 9 of said Waters Subdivision,
bounded on the northwest by the southerly right of way
line of that certain street known as Tonea Way, and
bounded on the southeast by the southerly subdivision
line of said Waters Subdivision.
Said Map showing the access easement to be abandoned
is on file in the Office of Butte County Department
of Public Works, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville,
California.
2. That a map showing said portion of said public service
easement to be abandoned is on file at the Butte County Public Works
Department, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, California.
3. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of .Chapter 3, Part 3 of Division 9 of California
Streets and Highways Code.
