IMPLEMENTING GOVERNMENT CDDE §68090.7 - LDWER COURT FILING FEES
WHEREAS, Government Code §58090.7 provides for the implementation
of a $1.00 (One Do73ar) fee to defray the costs of automation and conversion
of court records; and
WHEREAS, said Government Code Section authorizes this fee
to be assessed on Municipal and Lower Court filings of documents; and
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors has already
authorized a similar filing fee for Superior Court documents.
NDtd, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board
of Supervisors hereby increases the fees collected per Government Code
§b8090.7 by $1.00 (One Dollar) to be used for automation of the County
Clerk and Municipal and Justice Court recordkeeping systems or the conversion
of court documents to micrographics. Said increase is to be effective
March 1, 1985.

Chairman Rulton
