Notice is hereby given of my intention to sell at public auction
the tax-defaulted property which is subject to the power of sale
and described on the attached schedule, in accordance with Chapter
7 of Part 6 of Division 1 of the California Revenue and Taxation
Code.
Your approval and direction by resolution to sell is respectfully
requested.

RESOLUTSON OF APPROVAL BY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
Pursuant to the above notice and request, we resolve that approval
for said sale is hereby granted. Tax Collector is directed to sell
the property described in said Notice as provided for by law pursuant
to Chapter 7 of Part 6 of Division 1 of the California Revenue and
Taxation Code.
The foregoing resolution was duly passed and adopted by the Board
of Supervisors of Butte County, the 12th day of February , 1985,
