STATE OF CA LIFORI~€IA G~. ~ 1 i •~~; . i ~4.n ~~• '*~~~~-~,~~.-~<+~'' Resolufion No. as-ia dry s wad '~~tr!°~i'r+-~a A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH COUNTY SERVICE AREA N0. 90 - SOUTFiGATE ACRES SUBDTVTSION {STORM DRAINAGE AND FIRE HYDRANT D~IATNTENANCE) AND COUNTY SERVICE AREA N0. 93 - PLEASANT OAK SUBDIVISION (STREET LIGHTING AND STORM DRAINAGE) '4+IHEREAS, pursuant to Title 3, Division 2, Part 2, Chapter 3 of the Govexnment Code of the State of California, the Board, by its own notice, has initiated proceedings for the establishment of County Service Area No. 90 and County Service Area No. 93; and 1VHEREAS, the Locai Agency Formation Commission of Butte County has approved the formation of County Service Areas No. 90 and 93, NOVA' THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: 1. County Service Areas No. 90 and 93 are proposed to be established under the terms of the aforesaid chapter in the unincor- porated area of Butte County. The boundary lines of the territories proposed for inclusion in the areas are described in Exhibit "A" for each County Service Area attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference. 2. The service areas shall be called County, Service Area No. 90 (Southgate Acres Subdivision) and County Service Area No. 93 (Pleasant Oak Subdivision). The type of extended service to be pxovided is storm drainage and fire hydrant maintenance (County Service Area No. 90) and storm drainage and. street lighting (County Service Area No. 93). 3. The Board intends to levy a service chaxge to pay for the above_mentioned services in County Service Areas No. 90 and 93. The service charge will be assessed in accordance with Government Code Section 25210.77 (a) and Butte County Code Sections 21-85 through 21-90. Said service charge will not be assessed until review and adoption of a report to be considered at a public hearing scheduled for the 1985-86 fiscal year. On March 19, l9as, at 10:15 a.m. a public hearing will be held on the establishment of said. areas.
