RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION
TO THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN .DEVELOPMENT
i'O PARTICIPATE IN THE RENTAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urvan Development
(hereinafter referred to as "HUD") has announced the availability of
funds under the Rental Rehabilitation Program; and
WHEREAS, the County of Butte (hereinafter referred to as "County"),
a local public agency organized under the Statutes of the State of
California, is eligible to apply to HUD for funding under said program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County declares its
intent to submit an application for funding under the Rental Rehabilitation
Program; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of
Supervisors is authorized to sign the application and the certifications
declaring that the County will comply with federal, state, and local
laws and regulations that apply to the expenditure of funds under the
Rental Rehabilitation Program.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 12th day of February 1985 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Mclnturf, McLaughlin, Wheeler and
and Chairman Fulton
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
