REQUEST FOR APPROVAL TO SELL TAX-DEFAULTED PROPERTY SUBJECT TO THE
POWER OF SALE
March 13, 1985
To the Honorable Hoard of Supervisors
Butte County, State of California
Notice is hereby given of my intention to sell at public auction
the tax~lefaulted property which is subject to the power of sale
and described on the attached schedule, in accordance with Chapter
7 of Part 6 of Division 1 of the California Revenue and Taxation
Code.
Your approval and direction by resolution to sell is respectfully
requested.

RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL BY BOARD OF SUPERVSSORS
Pursuant to the above notice and request, we resolve that approval
for said sale is hereby granted. Tax Collector is directed to sell
the property described in said Notice as provided for by law pursuant
to Chapter 7 of Part 6 of Division 1 of the California Revenue and
Taxation Code.
The foregoing resolution was duly passed and adopted by the Eoard of
Supervisors of Butte County, the 19th _ day of March , 1985.
