RESOLUTION WELCOMING REPRESENTATTVES OF THE
COUNCIL OF NORTH AMERICAN AFFAIRS
WHEREAS, representatives from the Country of Taiwan, Council
of North American Affairs, are visiting the United States of America; and
WHEREAS, the representatives are Hugh H. O-Young, director of
coordination; Paul C. Mao, deputy director; and Weong-Cho Chen,
executive secretary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of
Supervisors, on its own behalf and on the behalf of the citizens of the
County of Butte, respectfully welcomes Hugh H. O-Young, Paul C. Mao and
Weong-Cho Chen to the County of Butte and extends its warmest wishes
to them.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 19th day of March, 1985, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, McInturf, McLaughlin, Wheeler
and Chairman Fulton
