RESOLUTION GIVING A5SURANCES OF THE
NON-SUPPLANTATION OF COUNTY FUNDS BY
THE COUNTY 3USTTCE SYSTEM SUBVENTION
PROGRAM APPLICATION
WHEREAS, the California Youth Authority has been authorized by
the legislature to -review applications for participation in the
County Justice System Subvention Program, and
WHEREAS, the California Youth Authority required assurances that
the state subvention will nat take the place of county funds presently
being expended far the Program included in the funding request, for
the 1985 - 198b fiscal. year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte that ail County Justice System Subvention Program
funding requests in the county's application as approved on April 2,
1985, will be spent for purposes set forth in Section 1806(a) of the
Welfare and Tnstitutians Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED the 2nd day of April, 1985, by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors 1]olan, McTnturf~ McLaughlin, Wheeler and Chairman Fulton
NOES : None
NOT VOTING. Done
ABSENT : None
