RESOLUTION STATING INTENT TO
PURCHASE AUTOCLAVE
WHEREAS, there is a need to replace the autoclave in the
Public Health Department Laboratory; and
WHEREAS, the replacement of the current autoclave has been
included in the Public Health Department 1985/86 Budget Request;
and
WHEREAS, there are State capital improvement grant funds
available for distribution to county governments during the 1985/86
fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, in order to become eligible for and receive capital
improvement grant funds, it is necessary for the County to declare
an intent to appropriate funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte that it is their intent to appropriate
$30,000 for the replacement of an autoclave during the 1985/86
fiscal year.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this lst day of April, 1985, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Mclnturf, McLaughlin, Wheeler and Chairman Fulton
