RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 68-7
REGARDING MEMBERSHIP OF LAND CONSERVATION ACT COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, THE Butte County Board of Supervisors heretofore on
January 16, 196$, adopted Resolution No. 68-7 establishing administrative
procedures and uniform rules including compatible uses for agricultural
preserves; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 68-7, in part, sets forth the membership
of the Land Conservation Act Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors, County
of Butte, State of California, that Paragraph A of Resolution No. 68-7 is
hereby amended as follows:
"A. The establishment of a committee consisting of the Farm
Advisory, Agricultural Commissioner, County Assessor, Planning Director,
a member designated from the Butte County Farm Bureau {at-large), a member
designated from the Butte County Farm Bureau Land Use Committee, and a member
designated from the Butte County Cattlemen's Association to review all
applications for contracts or agreements submitted for consideration in
the established agricultural preserves."
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE Board of Supervisors, County of Butte,
State of California, this 7th day of May, 1985, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, McInturf, McLaughlin, Wheeler and
Chairman Fulton
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None ~~
