BS-6`8 RESOLUTION OF THE BUTTE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS REQUESTING THE ADDITION OF A FOURTH SUPERIOR COURT JUDGESHIP WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors, having received a report from its Budget Committee recommending the future addition of a fourth Superior Court Department when funds are available. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors that it supports the passage of state legislation increasing the Butte County Superior Court from three to four departments, provided that the additional Judge sha11 not be appointed until such time as the Butte County Board of Supervisors finds there are sufficient funds for the additional judicial position, adopts a resolution to that effect, and only then shall there be four departments in the Butte County Superior Court. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 7th day of May, 1985, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Dalan, McInturf, McLaughlin, Wheeler and Chairman Fulton NOES: None ABSENT: None NOT VOTING: None ATTEST: PIARTIN J.
