RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 37
TO MASTER AGREEMENT N0. 03-5412 RE: FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS
OROVILLE-QUINCY HIGHWAY FROM 0.4 MILES EAST OF
BALD ROCK ROAb TO LAKE MADRONE
$E IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, as follows:
1. That said County approve Program Supplement No. 37 to Master Agreement
No. 03-5912 for Federal-Aid Projects in Butte County and the Chairman of the Board
be authorized to execute said supplement on behalf of said County. Supplement No. 37
covers the construction of Oroville-Quincy Highway, Federal-Aid Secondary Project
No. RS-V366(1), as shown in Exhibit "B" attached to Program Supplement No. 37.
2. That Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach certified copy of this
resolution to Supplement No. 37.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, this 2Tst day of Ma.Y 1985, by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, McSnturf, P]cLaughiin, Wheeler and Chairman Futon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None

IN THE
County of Butte
County
Pursuant to the Federal-Aid £or Secondary Highways Act, the attached "Program" of Federal-
Aid Secondary Projects marked "Exhibit B" is hereby incorporated in that Master Agreement
for the Federal-Aid Program which was entered into between the above named COUNTY and
and the STATE on Ma 2 3 , 19 7 8 ,and is subject to all of the
terms and conditions thereof.
The subject program is adapted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article II of the afore-
znenfioned agreement under authority of County Resolution No. 85- ~4
approved by the Board of Supervisors on Ida 21 8
{See copy attached).
