RESOLUTION ABANDONING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
This matter came on regularly for hearing before the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on
May 21 1985, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT I5 HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement situated in the
County of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the west line of Parcel 2 as
shown on that certain parcel map filed in Book 55 of
Maps at Page 80 from the southwest corner of said
parcel 2 bears South 01°45'10" West, 44.02 feet; thence
North 32°25'06" East, 500.42 fast; thence along a
tangent curve concave northwesterly having a radius
of 3030 feet; a central angle of 09°59'00", the arc
length of which is 527.95 feet; thence North 22°26'06"
East, 834.31 feet; thence along a tangent curve concave
southeasterly having a radius of 970 feet; a central
angel of 21°25'51", the arc length of which is 362.82
feet to the east line of the southwest one-quarter of
said Section 35; thence northerly along said east line
North 00°46'33" East, 16.24 feet to the southerly line
of Lower Wyandotte Road; said point being on a curve
concave northwesterly and having a radius of 1380 feet;

thence westerly along the are of said curve on said
southerly line 549.73 feet to a point from which the
radius point of said Lower Wyandotte Road bears North
11°15'54" West; thence easterly along a tangent curve
concave sauthwesterly, having a radius of 170 feet; a
central angle of 123°42'00", the arc length of which is
367.03 feet; thence South 22°26'06'" West, 675.48 feet;
thence North 67°33'54" West, 20.00 feet; thence southerly
along a non-tangent curve concave northwesterly, having
a radius of 2950 feet, a central angle of 09°59'00",
the arc length of which is 514.01 feet; thence South
32°25'06" West, 365.50 Feet to the west line of said
Parcel 2; thence southerly along said west line South
01°45'10" West, 156.85 feet to the point of the
beginning.
3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.

this 21st day of May 1985, by the following vote:
