RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS IN IMPROVEMENT FUND
FIRLAND ACRES ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
The _Board of Supervisors of the County of -.ButtE -resolves: -
On June 26, 1973, the Board of Supervisors adopted its
Resolution of Intention No. 73~-107, as later amended, for public
.,improvements .in :Firiand.Acres Assessment-District, County of Butte,
State of California.
.Said Resolution of ..Intention, as amended, pro~v3~edthat
any snrp3us in the imprIIVement fund for said assessment, after
c.o~npletion of the improvements and payment of all clams from the
improvement fund, would be applied in accordance with Section
10427.1 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
Said improvements have been completed and a Notice of
Completion was recorded i•n the office of the Butte County Recorder.
All claims upon the improvement fund have been, paid.
1. A balance of $3,830.15 remains in the improvement fund
for Finland Acres Assessment District and said amount is surplus.
2. The amount of $3,830.15 shall be applied as a credit
upon the assessments levied in Finland Acres Assessment District in
the manner provided in Section 1.0427.1 of the Streets and Highways
Code.
3. The Clerk is directed to provide a certified copy of
this resolution to the County Treasurer's office far their use in
making the credit to each assessment, as shown on Exhibit A attached
hereto and made a part Hereof.

Z HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, at a regular
meeting thereof, .held on the 4th. day of June 1985, by
the following vote, to wit:
