RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS TN IMPROVEMENT FIIND
CLARK ROAD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT N0. 1
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte .resolves:
On July 1, 195, the Board of Supervisors adopted its
Resolution of Intention No. 75-102 for public improvements in Clark
Road Assessment I}istrict No. 1, County of Butte, State of
.California.
Said Resolution of Intention provided that any surplus in
the improvement_ fund:~or s~id.~ss~ssment, after ~ompleti4on of the
improvements and payment of X11 claims from the improvement fund,
would be applied in accordance with Section I0~427.1 of the Streets
and Highways Code of the State of California.
Said improvements have been completed and a Notice of
Completion was recorded in the office of the Butte County Recorder
on July l5, 1.976. All claims upon the improvement fund have been
paid.
1_ A balance of $8,919.D7 remains in the improvement fund
for Clark Road Assessment District No. 1 and said amount is surplus.
2. The amount of $8,919.07 shall be applied as a credit
upon the assessments levied in Clark Road Assessment District No. 1
in the manner provided in Section 10427.1 of the Streets and
Highways Code.
3. The Clerk is directed to provide a certified copy of
this resolution to the County Treasurer's office for their use in
making the credit to each assessment, as shown an Exhibit A attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
