RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS IN IMPROVEMENT FUND
WOODRTDGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
-The Bflard,of Supervisors of the County of Butte resolves:
On 3anuary 24, 1978, the Board of Supervisors adopted its
Resolution of Intention No. 78-15 for public improvements in
Woodr.ir3ge Assessment District, County :of Butte, State of Ca1~.fornia.
Said Resolution of Intention provided that any surplus in
the improvement .fund for said assessment, after completion .of the
.improvements and payment of all claims from the improvement fend,
would be applied in accordance with Section 1427.1 of the Streets
and Highways Code of the State of California.
Said improvements have been completed and a Notice of
Completion was recorded in the office of the Butte County Recorder.
All claims upon the improvement find have been paid.
1. A balance of $40,37.58 remains in the improvement
fund for Woodridge Assessment District and said amount is surplus.
2. the amount of $40,375.58 shall be applied as a credit
upon the assessments levied in Woodridge Assessment District in the
manner provided in Section 10427.1 of the Streets and Highways Code.
3. The Clerk is directed to provide a certified copy of
this resolution to the County Treasurer's office for their use in
making the credit to each assessment, as shown on Exhibit A attached
hereto and made a part hereof.

Z HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, at a regular
meeting thereof, held on the 4th day of June , 1985, by
the Following vote, to wit:
