Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on June q. , 1985, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Intention and Resolution to Abandon
A Portion of A Road and Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of
said Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required 6y law,
and testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described road is unnecessary for present or prospective
public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the portion of the road situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said road abandoned is situated
in the County of Butte, State of California, and mare particularly
described as follows:
PORTION OF QAK WAY RIGHT OF WAY -
Parcels 1 & 2 - AP 42-14-120
Parcel 1 - A portion of Eot 76, as shown on that
certain map entitled, "Map of the Second Subdivision
of the John Bidwell Rancho, near Chico, Butte County,
California," which map was recorded in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of Butte, State of
California, September 17, 19Q0, in Boolc 5 of Maps,
at page 27, more particularly described as follows:

westerly line N 60°56'25" W, 99.67 feet to a point
on the southerly 60 foot road right of way line of
Oak Way; thence N 90°00'00" E along said southerly
right of way line, 2.08 feet to the beginning of a
290 foot radius curve, concave to the north; thence
easterly along the arc of said curve and said
southerly right of way line, through a central
angle of 14°06'23" and an arc length of 71.40
feet; thence on a radial line bearing S 14°06'23"
E, 58.94 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing an area of 0.05 acre.
Parcel 2 - Being a portion of that 40 foot right
of way lying south of Lot 76 as shown on the Map
of the Second Subdivision of the John Bidwell Ranch
as recorded in Book 5, Maps of Record, at page 27,
County of Butte, State of California, and mare
particularly described as follows:
Being all of that certain 40 foot right of way
lying southerly of and contiguous to the southerly
lot line of Lot 7d of said subdivision, bounded on.
the east by the westerly right of way line of that
existing 20 foot right of way being parallel with
and 2D feet westerly of the easterly line of Lot
S6 of said subdivision and bounded on the north by
the southerly right of way lane of that certain 60
foot right of way known as Oak Way.
Said Map showing the 40 foot right of way to be
abandoned is on file in the Office of the Butte
County Department of Public Works, 7 County Center
Drive, Oroville, California.
2, That a map showing said portion of said road to be
abandoned is on file at the Public Works Department, 7 County Center
Drive, Oroville, California.
3. That the Cleric of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
