RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH COUNTY SERVICE
AREA N0. 94 - PLEASANT VALLEY SUBI]IVISION (SEWER
AND STREET LIGHTING PMINTENANCE)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Title ITI, Division II, Part 2,
Chapter 3 of the Government Code of the State of California,
the Board, by a petition of two of its members, has initiated
proceedings for the establishment of County Sexvice Area No.
94; and
WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of
the County of Butte has approved the formation of County
Service Area No. 94.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that County
Service Area No. 94 is proposed to be established under the
terms of the aforesaid chapter in the unincorporated area of
Butte County.
1. The boundary lines of the territories proposed
for inclusion in the county service area are described in
Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof by this
reference.
2. The county service area shall be called County
Service Area No. 94 (Sycamore Valley Subdivision). The type
of extended service to be provided is sewer and street lighting
maintenance.
3. The Board intends to levy a service charge to
pay for the above-mentioned services in County Sexvice Area
No. 94. The service charge will be assessed in accordance with
Government Code Section 25210.77(a) and the Butte County Code,
Sections 21-85 through 2I-90. Said service charge will not be
assessed until review and adoption of a report to be considered
at a public hearing scheduled fox the 85-86 fiscal year.
On July :7:6, 1985, at 11,00 a.m., a public hearing
wi11 be held on the establishment of. said area.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors on this 78th day of June- 1985, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, McInturf, Wheeler and
Vice Chairman McLaughlin
NOES : None
ABSENT: Chairman Fulton
NOT VOTING: None

the Northeast quarter'of Section 14, Township 23 North, Range 1

Beginning at the center quarter corner of said Section 14; thence
easterly, along the northerly line of said Southeast quarter of
