RESOLUTION ESTABLiSHTNG APPROPRIATIOPfS LIMIT
FOR COUNTY OF BUTTE FOR FISCAL YEAR 1985-1986,
AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 7910, DIVISION 9,
OF THE CALIFORNIA GOVERPlh1ENT CODE
WHEREAS, Article XIII-B of the California Constitution provides
that local governments must establish annual appropriations limits pursuant
to said Article, and;
WHEREAS, Section 7910, Division 9, of the Government Code,
provides that the governing body ofi each local jurisdiction shall, by
resolution, establish its appropriations limit for the following year at
a regularly scheduled meeting, and;
WHEREAS, the Auditor-Controller has calculated the Butte County
appropriations limit for fiscal year 1985-1986 to be X28,483,707.
NOtd, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the appropriations limit for
Butte County is established to be $28,483,707 for fiscal year 1985-1986, and;
FURTHER, that said appropriations limits, and the determination
thereof are in compliance with Article XIII-B of the California Constitution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors, County of Butte,
State of California, thisl8th day of June 1985.
